Yes, but there isn't a flagship title that people could look and say "this is the game that made VR a success". Both the Wii and the Kinekt had their motion controll games (Wii Sports and Kinekt adventures), the zapper games had all those light gun games... hell, even touchscreen-based gaming had Angry Birds.
