I know its silly to try having a discussion with you, but I'll post this for the benefit of those who might actually take you seriously.
If the Wii is saturated in Japan and Europe then what does that say about the PS3 and 360 who are losing to the Wii in both regions? Do you even know what saturation is or are you just using the word because it sounds fancy?
In Europe Wii sales have been on the rise, which of course completely rules out the idea of saturation. In Japan the entire market with the exception of the PSP is slumping which again rules out the saturation idea since saturation of the Wii shouldn't effect PS3 sales.
So no there is no saturation and for the sake of the PS3 and 360 its a good thing because if there was the current sales levels would be insanely high for a saturated product.
