Well I had to take a few weeks off from lifting weights due to:
a) a wrist injury
b) a huge spike in school workload
However today I was able to go back and kick start my routine again. It was funny really; as soon as I walked through the door of the fitness center all of the front desk staff said "your're back!" haha. It feels good to be back that's for sure. Although I did hit my funny bone with a dumb bell about 20 minutes in (don't ask)
