A "fair" percentage totally depends on the age of the game. If it was released within the last 12 months, the percentage should be at least 40% IMHO. But if it is 2 - 3 years old, 30% would be acceptable, 4 - 5 year old games 20 - 30% and older games 10 - 20%.
