I loved Max Payne and Alan Wake, and as far as i know, they are not owned by Microsoft but insist on doing games just for them for whatever reason. The only 1st party series from Microsoft that catch my attention is Gears. I couldn't care less about Halo and Forza. |
Because of the Money for Development, they made a lot of money selling 1.5 Millions of units of Alan Wake for PC, that they have published, but Remedy, is about half the size of Platinum Games, so they need to make partnership with other big Studios if want to make some Triple A Game, before Microsoft, i think that Rock Star, was the one who had a partnership with Remedy.
