You want to discuss political corruption in one country in isolation rather than relative to the wider global situation?  I just thought context was useful.  The US is, along many other western countrie,s amongst the least corrupt globally.  Turkey is amongst the most corrupt.

Brazil even though is western country is among the top dogs of corruption. We make that a way of living in all stances of society and government.
