I agree the first answer is clearly a provacation related to your username. I don't really see the point of the first answer except to say "it's not good but look your country is worse" (i don't even know if it is actually your country). Especially when it looks like he didn't even took the time to watch the video when it last 5 minutes and answered just after 3-4 minutes.
Regarding the subject there is clearly worse in the matter than USA but the problem is that it can do better and that a lot of USA actions/decisions has to much impact in the world scale. So a lot of people can be affected by this kind of problems and not just american citizens. Plus, it is incredible the power that the USA elite has compared to the average american.
