What if NX is a VR device?

They've pretty much already confirmed there's no VR device coming in the near-term from them, the technology isn't social enough as far as Nintendo are concerned. That suggests (as we should expect) they've already been doing R&D with VR and have decided it's not a part of NX from day one, at least.
