The guy mentions specifically force feedback joysticks, haptic buttons, and scrolling shoulder buttons. 

Force feedback or not, the ball needs to roll in a socket in order for movement. This is more or less factual. The debate is just whether the ball and socket are 1 conjoined piece of plastic  (I.e can't move- this what my eyes see) or if it's just the angle and they are in fact separate components. Seeing as this a rumour, there is especially strong reason to doubt when an issue so obvious stares you in the face

 

If it is fake hopefully Nintendo take note of the rolling back buttons. Force feedback and haptic touch screen seem likely already as they've been rumoured before
