Eleventh session of The Abyss: What did the factory even make?.

------------------------------------------

After the conversation between Luke and the obviously evil Master Van, we go to organize the ambassador travel. Van, always thinking in the "best for Luke", says the team should go crossing the dessert in disguise, to avoid attaks from the God Generals. Master Van would go ALONE ON A BOAT. WHY ON EARTH DOES NOBODY SEE HIM HIS EVIL WAYS??? Stop building up his betrayal, we know he's evil from the beginning! Anyway, the team prepares for the travel, when they realize ION HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED! Was noone watching over one of the most important people in he world, neccesary to prevent a war? The effectivity of the team suddenly went from hero to zero. So they inmediately go to save Ion from whoever has kidnapped him, waisting no time... oh, wait, they go to a dojo first to introduce a new mechanic. I know this is not very positive, but in just a few minutes every decision they take seems to be wrong. Do something Jade, you know better! You are a necromancer, after all. A guy tried to kill him on the docks because his brother died fighting against his unit, and the team don't know how to react to this rumours. But anyway...

They decide that, in order to go undercover, they have to get out of the city through the old and abandoned factory. Once we're inside, we see that the place is huge. This is a really expansive structure. There are a lot of pipes and lifts to move around the factory, there's enough oil to power a major city for weeks, and there seems to bee sludge monsters too. But what did the owners even do there? Outside of what I've mentioned, there is no machinary left. If they took out all of their tools and machines, why did they leave all that fuel, or left the electricity running to power up the lifts? And if there are dangerous monsters so close to the city, why hasn't nobody done something about it? Anyway, the moment the team enters the building, Natalia, the princess who wants to marry Luke, appears and tries to join the team. She tells Luke that she heard the conversation between him and Van, and if she doesn't go with them, she'll tell everyone... WHY DIDN'T SHE TELL IT TO ANYONE!?? Van just confessed being the culprit of the kidnapping years ago, and he may have some answers about Luke's amnesia. Van is a dangerous individual that is keeping dangerous secrets from everyone! Will someone please stop him? Van's fonon powers must be making his intentions invisible to everyone. After burning a lot of oil barrels and solve the somewhat maze that is the factory, we found a giant sludge monster. This thing was more difficult than Arrieta and Dust combined, it soaked damage like a sponge.

After they defeat the monster, they go outside. Cue cinematic. It's raining, Asch and Sync have Ion captured. Luke jumps to save him, and starts fightin with Asch. He has a sudden realization, Asch and Luke look identical! Luke is shocked at all the question that brings to the table. I remember the conversation between Sync and Dust, about Luke being a perfect creation. Is Luke a clon of Asch? Are Luke and Asch just clones or artificial humans? Anyway, the God Generals run away, and the team has to continue through the dessert, because they think they can't come back to the city and take a boat. So they arrive to an oasis, with a big iceberg on the center of the lake (I know it's a fonon rock, but it looks like an ice cube). More game tomorrow.

AND SOMEONE PLEASE STOP VAN, HE'S EVIL.

You know it deserves the GOTY.
