And I've given you another example with the Megadrive but you seem to sidestep that, 360 came early in it's predecessor's life same with NX, 360 forced an end to a previous and guess what ofcourse it launched at the beginning of the 7th gen it's a 7th gen console much like NX is launching at the beginning of the 9th gen as it will be a 9th gen console.
Making assumptions like "Maybe they'll have Mario Kart for the holidays" is just adding another layer of assumption and is not really being logical, we can speculate on the 4 games because they've essentially got indicators pointing to them. Zelda is showing signs of getting a NX version much like TP back with the Wii, 3D Mario has always been present in the first year of a new platform, Pikmin 4 is confirmed to be near completion and it's omission from the recent ND points to it being a possible NX game and LM is a recent rumour that has come up but the have been rumours of a console LM game being in the works for over a year now which funny enough is when NLG became 2nd party.
