The other consoles came as a response to the 360, if you don't remember many considered that gen to have much more potential, 360 was announced in 2004 3 years into the life of the Xbox and launched a year after, this was in the middle of the gen and forced gen 6 to end earlier than everyone expected. Lets not forget MegaDrive also did the same launching mid gen against the NES so no this is nothing new. Your whole big bang scenario is based on assumptions and tbh I'm not asking you to agree I'm telling what's more logical in the case of dealing with fudamental problems while not going by assumptions. Look at your argument for a start it goes off into speculating Mario Kart in order to fill the holes you've created by dumping big cards upfront. |
I gave you pure facts that tell that Xbox 360 wasn't launchd in middle of generation, Xbox 360-2005, PS3/Wii-2006. So no, Xbox 360 was launched at beginning of 7th generation not in middle of 6th generation. How you can claim that Xbox 360 was launched in middle of generation when was launched just one year before PS3/Wii, that would basicly means PS3/Wii are also launched in middle of generation because its just one year difference, it doesn't make any sense. This is first time I ever heard someone said Xbox360 was launched in middle of generation.
At this point we can only assume and speculating. I also saying what's more logical in this whole situation, you dont agree with me and thats ok.
