At this point, it'd likely still break confidentiality agreements to confirm *anything* about the NX for any developer.
No dev can *legally* step forward and say "NX is great" "NX is awful" or they get a deluge of unwanted attention from rabid Nintendo fans ... and the Nintendo legal department.
Best thing for devs to say at this point to the public is "We know nothing. Wish we could tell you more. "
Not necessarily that Rebellion is bluffing like this - but responses like this shouldn't surprise anyone.
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
