Pretty much every publisher has been promising more development for the Wii since (roughly) this time last year, pretty much every publisher has hinted at big game annoucements for the Wii over the next few months, and of those games we see announced a large portion of them are a noticeable improvement over what they have produced for the Wii so far.

Consider MadWorld which is being published by Sega and developed by Platnium Games:

Sega wouldn't be publishing this game for the Wii if they thought there was no market for it. Now, there is no way to dismiss this game as being shovelware regardless of whether the game turns out well or not.
