I agree.  cell-shaded games tend to be less realistic and graphic in nature (think about the puffs of smoke in Wind Waker after beating enemies).  Twilight Princess was definitely going for the realistic art style and that was probably part of why it got a teen rating.  Even though you are going to be killing enemies in Zelda U in the same manner you did in Twilight Princess, I think that ESRB is going to be a bit more lenient on Zelda U just because its art style is more removed from reality.  (ie. think the "Cartoon Violence" disclaimer versus the regular "Violence" on the back cover in the ESRB rating description)
