Yes, that statement is true. However, if you have a friend that is ALWAYS late to parties, events, etc, would you suddenly expect them to show up early to the next one? Sure, they have the capability to show up early, but you know that its highly unlikely.

That analogy couldn't be more wrong when compared to this industry.
