Well.....in general, as far as the MOVIES go, the Cap movies have been very good, arguably the best Marvel movies out of the entire "shared universe" set. So there is a high amount of hype for Cap 3, both because it's predecessors were well done, and because this is also in a way a mini-Avengers movie.
Honestly, none of the upcoming DC movies look very good at all. And that is probably what the pic is referring to, and why the trailer views skew so much higher for Cap 3 vs. Supes/Bats.
