Woot! *high five*

Changes in diet and environment can definitely help

No you don't necessarily gain weight from strength training. It all depends on your program and your diet. As long as you are expending more calories than you are eating, you will lose weight. If the opposite is true, you will gain weight (which will be mostly muscle if you are strength training with the right program).

Banana curry sounds weird asf though idk about that

Ahh good to hear :O!

When I get a new house later this year - I'm gonna be building a room dedicated for working out with equipment, weights, etc. I used to do strength training heavily when I was in high school and at my college gym. Time to get back to that routine again.

Also banana curry isnt what you think it is :p

I'm probably more than likely 99% chance using the wrong terminology XD.

I would say its more plaintain curry - not sure how to translate it from Malayalam to English....but its something like this except with less oil, no spices, no salt and no coconut whatsoever
