Previously I was doing -15 to 20 minutes of cardio on my treadmill
For some reason my weight increased a little bit - not sure why but now after changing up a bit in the last two weeks - its gone down again. Its weird because I'm technically eating less and working out but its normal now I guess o.O.
Now I'm doing....
-25 to 30 minutes of cardio on my treadmill (thanks to me watching anime via my iPhone/crunchy roll app - dat damn dedication and motivation yo)
I've also noticed my clothes have become much more looser now than in previous months so looks like there's progress. To be honest - 200 lbs is my goal but I want to do strength training as well and from what I heard that increases weight which is fine with me as long as I get thinner ;p.
My diet is gonna change dramatically again in a few weeks. On top of that - the environment as well so...its gonna play a factor in me losing weight just like I did few months ago when I lost 30 pounds. |
Woot! *high five*
Changes in diet and environment can definitely help
No you don't necessarily gain weight from strength training. It all depends on your program and your diet. As long as you are expending more calories than you are eating, you will lose weight. If the opposite is true, you will gain weight (which will be mostly muscle if you are strength training with the right program).
Banana curry sounds weird asf though idk about that
