OP: It's a very good question. It depends on wether their new system will already be out or not. Black 2/White 2 sold "only" 8 or 9m despite the crazy DS user base cause at the time the 3DS was already on the market. Sun and Moon could also be a cross gen title(s), who knows? It's hard to tell at this point but I'll make a prediction anyway:
3DS Only: 8m
Cross Gen: 18m
Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won
