Years ago, when Microsoft stopped supportng the PC platform , I was really angry with them. When they decided to put their online multiplayer I feared that move would be copied by the competition (and I was right, PS4 also needs a fee to online multiplayer). Now that they are coming back to PC, but only by creating a closed platform that can controll every single aspect of my experience, my opinion hasn't change. It's just a matter of time Microsoft tries to apply something like XBox live on their PC bussiness that ends up with blocked multiplayer on W10 unless I pay a fee. The only reason they aren't doing it right now it's because they have too much competition on the platform (Steam, GoG, Origin...).
