If you were making claims, I assumed you had some sort of information to back that up. You apparently do not. And your answer does not in any way address the question. |
There aren't exactly surveys or questionares with confident responses of what you're asking for, it makes no sense to try and answer it. What I can say is, from the people I've seen talk about SS(friends, forum members, commenters on reviews) that like the Zelda series and can critically think without someone telling them how they should feel, most of them don't like SS.

Well that's funny because every Zelda "diehard fanboy" I've ever seen loves A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask - some of them even The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. And they ALL loathe Skyward Sword. I feel like most people who actually liked Skyward Sword are smart, sensible people who can enjoy a game for what it is and not judge it based on their stupid expectations of what it's not. |
Sounds like you're talking about the general Zelda fan and not a diehard. Because a diehard likes all those games you named and thinks they are all flawless/think their flaws aren't that bad. Most people who like SS are apologists to it's god awful linearity and redundancy.
