I don't think I've ever seen anyone claiming that, I mean its completely clear which is the better port.

Some people also ignoring that WW has timeless art style that aged great, while that isnt case with TP, that is one of main reasons why WW HD looks better than TP HD.

Also, TP cant look better on dolphin because its same game in just higher resolution, while TP HD except resolution bump also has complete overhauled of textures, better shadows and lighting, post-process and anti-aliasing.
