People have been trying the whole "Don't worry, we'll take over, since we know what's best for you" thing all throughout history, and it just doesn't work.

Turning good relationships with a big country like mexico into shit doesn't seem like a good idea. Also, you don't even seem to understand what mexico is in a global position if you seriously think every Mexican, or even most of them, wish to migrate to usa
