If possible, MS will try. Won't be possible any time soon though, I think. That said, there are some problems, such as this... This is one of the reasons I dislike Windows 10: MS has full control over it, and if they want to make changes, and I mean any changes, they can, and there's nothing I can do about it.

Isnt it like that with pretty much every online store??. IF any of them Companys decide they want to make changes to their stores, exactly what can you do about it other then not use it anymore??.

I'm not talking about the store, I'm talking about the operating system itself. Windows 10 has forced automatic updates. Before Windows 10, all software was pretty much equal no matter where you got it from. The problem here is that that's not the case anymore. Software released through Microsoft's own store has access to features other software doesn't, and I suspect the complaints exist because there's no reason for those features to be locked to MS's own store (aside from trying to provide an advantage to the said store).
