Constant negative feedback for every personal minor annoyance with every fucking game is hurtful, you cannot listen to a fanbase like that, to complain about things that really needs complains is good, but some people thinks if they shit about everything they are doing some kind of good to someone, they are NOT, they are noise, when real complains come is harder to make a difference between legit complains and childish tantrums.

Yes but negative feedback in general isn't always hurtful. Not all negative feedback are attempts to destroy and to purely hate.
