He made Pikmin 3, will definitely be involved in Pikmin 4, suggested multiplayer in Luigi's Mansion 2, is mentoring the young devs at Nintendo (especially the ones who worked on Splatoon), involved in projects such as 3D World, Mario Maker, and Nintendo Land, and is the general producer of most of the in house projects and a few outside projects such as Smash Bros and Wonderful 101 (though I don't know the job description of a General Producer). Other than Sticker Star and maybe Star Fox (though I'm excited still) and of course being involved with Wii U, he's not done that much bad compared to the good I've listed. He's needed because he has a passion for game development and is training the young devs to be the next leaders.
