I was looking at the numbers on the link below, you'll notice SFIV sold a lot of units due to rereleases. Many avid SF bought SFIV a couple times because of these.

With that said, if this is the only release of SFV than we can't anticipate those same kind of sales boosts. Maybe this IP isn't as popular as we thought.

Yeah, Ultra Street Fighter 4 did horribly on the PS4.
