No, this means the 360 had an attach rate of about 18 %. An attach rate of 23.6 % is about 29 % higher than that.

How is it bad? The way they use the math? If you mean that, I'm sorry, but it's actually correct (at least in my language, of course it is possible that it is different overseas).

Game A is the best before and has 50% AR.
Game B is the new best with 75% AR

Game B has a 50 percent higher AR than Game A
Game B has a 25 percentage points higher AR than Game A.

If you meant that the way they used it was bad, I agree, and apologize for trying to tell you something you obviously already know, you have my apologies in advance.
