I can confirm that it is possible to to get hits from the parking lot of Home Depot. As long as you can get reception from their AT&T hotspots, you should be able to get hits. You probably won't be able to get a crap ton, because they have multiple hotspots set up in the store that you might not reach. Maybe if you walk up and down the front of the store, you could get more. So if you have nothing better to do in the middle of the night and the stores are closed, this could be an option for you 😛
