well people that would buy a system just for zelda would most likely also got a wii u to replay windwaker HD, play Hyrule warriors and the new zelda u game as well (NX wasnt even talked about as wwhd and hyrule warriors got released). Im pretty sure zelda u on nx wont move many consoles at all. On a ps4 you will get Horizon Zero Dawn, Final Fanatsy 15, Kingdom hearts 2.8, Uncharted 4, Ratchet and Clank, No mans Sky, Mass Effect Andromeda, VR + games, Mirrors Edge Catalyst, Dark Souls III, The Devision, Doom, Hitman, Mafia III, Kingdom Come, Street Fighter V, Deus Ex Mankind Divided, the Last Guardian, Overwatch, For Honor, Persona 5, Gran Turismo Sport, Detroid, Dishonored 2, Ghost Recon Wildlands, new Fifa, madden and co, Nier, and even more all this year. I dont see anybody thats not a die hard zelda fan would choose zelda above all those games. And die hard zelda fans probl already own a wii u, like i already mentioned. |
Windwaker is a remake. Hyule Warriors is a spin off that does not even have vaguely similar gameplay.. The New Zelda game isn't out yet.
When Shenmue 3 is released for PS4, I will buy one (unless I have a computer that can run it). But would I buy a PS4 for Shenmue HD collection and Ryo's Forklift Adventure? Fuck no. Remakes and spinoffs are not the same thing as an actual new mainline release. To suggest that Windwaker has as much selling power as a new game is stupid.
As for the rest of your post, it's completely irrelevant. We do not know what features the NX has, what games it will have, what support it will have from third parties and so on. Of course, the PS4 and it's lineup are going to look a lot better than something that doesn't exist yet -_-;:. Plus, it's not as though the machine will play Zelda and nothing else. Plus plus, it's not like PS4 owners cannot buy another console.
