Nah, this is probably fake and there are lot of sings ponting that. Since people already mentioned some of them, I'll highlight another one: Nintendo always used different resolutions for the 2 screens of DS/3DS. The upper screen is the higher definition one, so it's a bit suspicious that this rumor lists both as 720p screens.
