The first Pokémon Pinball. As a fan of Pokémon and maniac of pinball machines in general, I love the game. It combines both things... and the result is absolutely great. It's pure greatness. As a pinball game, is deep, fun and challenging. But you also catch Pokémon, make them evolve, and complete the dex. Bonus stages are awesome too.
Yeah, definetely this one. The rest (Stadium, Colosseum, Snap, Channel, Dash, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, etc..) are kind of lacking in different aspects, even if they are not bad and/or have an interesting gameplay going on.
