I guess this means hardware backwards/forwards compatablity, and MS supporting 2 gameing markets at once (two, and one).
My guess? same games and the biggest differnce will be the Xbox One games will drop in resolution, and the Two, will play them at higher ones.

 

I think your right but it will do this through buying digitally on Windows 10, the game knowing what platform it's being run on and scaling accordingly. It doesn't sound like upgradable Xbox's, but a better version of PSNow that has the entire library of games not just a specific generation.
