Code Geass (More cannot possibly be bad)
Bleach (Final Arc)
Trigun (I just want to be in that world again...)
Baccano! (too short)
Death Note (Awkward ending imo)
Many others.

I guess the most complete anime I watched was Inuyasha, very satisfying.
