The biggest Handheld games are aways made by Capcom, Square, and Bandai, but Sony, is not abandoning the Vita, is just making games for Vita, and PS4, they still push the Support for the Vita, together with PS4, this is the same thing that Microsoft, is doing with the Xbox One, and PC, they are releasing the Games when is possible, also on Playstation Vita, and they push that kind of Support, don't forget that the Vita, is selling less than the Wii U, with Launch to Launch sales, and the Wii U, is selling less than the DreamCast, with launch to launch sales, so they cannot invest Tons of money for the Vita, but they can make the Console, still have Support.

I'm saying Sony has virtually abandoned Vita in regard to software support.

Sony could support Vita and PS4 at the same time, but they don't feel Vita is worth supporting.
