I'll do it when I finish Twilight Princess. I have to find my B/W copies, which I think I sold back when I needed money for the WiiU, so that gen might be untouched. But I have a game from each gen, so I'll play these games:
1. Yellow
2. Silver
3. Sapphire
4. Platinum
5. Black? (If I can find it)
6. Y
I definitely want to re-play Platinum since I think it's the best Pokémon game, which is painfully overlooked I think.
