Neither of those are 9/10 games. The PS3 has exactly 4 9/10 games with the addition of GTA 4, all of which are also available on the Xbox 360.

360 has Bioshock(96), Gears of War (94), Halo 3(94), and Mass Effect(91).

Unless when you say exclusive, you don't mean console exclusive, but completely exclusive and discount any game on PC.  In that case, Xbox 360 will be down to 1 in a few days.  When Mass Effect is released on PC
