Will the recently leaked Pokemon games be 6th gen or 7th gen?

The most reasonable option is that it's a sequel to X/Y, maybe with a new area and some new Pokémon, but not entirely a new gen. I'd love that they include hints to past games as it's the 20th anniversary.
