While I agree that it maybe overtracked to a degree but just because US was way over last month that hardly proves it. Also, in regards to the European tracking it's likely the opposite. For instance, Germany is 300k undertracked as news broke of it passing 2.8M on Jan 21st. I think the overall 37.2M is spot on as a whole with some adustments needed to raise/lower certain regions.
