You can indeed still marry your main character to Niles in the western version of Conquest, and there are no changes to what you can do with the same sex partner than that which you can do with one of the opposite sex, except child unit of course, though they say the ending mentions that Niles and Corrin end up adopting

It ended being a bit blurry, but you can see Corrin there next to Niles, Azura was asking if they could tell her their love storY
