Hmm, it looks like they acknowledge it and sounds like they remain in the game. That explains why I haven't seen it yet though, since I am playing BR and as a male. The male marriage is in Conquest.

Any Conquest players atm, can you give us a check on on the gay marriage thing? That'd be great if I was wrong about this. As Sakura would say "Oh, thank goodness" xD

You can indeed still marry your main character to Niles in the western version of Conquest, and there are no changes to what you can do with the same sex partner than that which you can do with one of the opposite sex, except child unit of course, though they say the ending mentions that Niles and Corrin end up adopting
