Ya know... not all PCs (such as laptops) can be upgraded and many PC users don't want to upgrade their PC but still want to play games. Some of the most popular PC games have low requirements and I'm sure that's to make those games accessible on more PCs.

A low end gaming PC that can potentially run the original version of Gears may not be able to run Ultimate Edition at all, even at lowest settings. The requirements are so different. The minimum requirements of UE are much greater than the ideal for the original Gears.

Still doesn't change that some older PC's won't be able to run 10 the way you do, you out of 7 billion who's apparently repaired hundreds of PC's out of some billion.

Go find some older computers and try installing both Windows 7 and Windows 8/10. You'll see I'm right.

For some reason you think I'm wrong but you clearly don't know anything about this.
