We'll see tomorrow. I'm 99% conviced about this, and I don't normally trust leaks. The patent is at Nintendo's name by the way, and I'm not sure you couldn`t file a patent under Nintendo's name if you're not Nintendo. Or they're very stupid. I'm open to the last choice xDDDDD.
