Because Nintendo did not provide NX informations and NX dev kits to Indies that didnt made any game before for Nintendo platform, Nintendo will not third party!? OK then. :)
Nintendo provided NX informations and NX dev kits to biggest third parties, that's what's important, not some angrey indie developer.
And pls add Indie in headline.
