Indies, who are actually independant of any platform, that have released games on Nintendo platforms in the past will hopefully be getting somewhat better treatment. If not, then that might be a time to worry about the depth of 3rd party engagement. |
Nintendo can't afford to ignore anyone that is showing an interest in investing in Nintendo's success. Least of all someone that is currently only on another platform as these are exactly the people they need to win over. convincing people that alredy develop for nintendo to keep developing is the minor part of the battle, convincing those that have previously ignored or abandoned them is where they need to win favour.
