This is the sort of attitude that has helped lead to nintendo's dire 3rd party support. Like it or not these are the people that help make or break a console and the sense of entitlement and inflated ego's come with the fact they are risking large bundles of money resources and time and hence expect some respect for that. I have been on the receiving end of those sort of self entitled requests but the way to treat them is grit your teeth give them what you can or tell them when they can have what they want or why not, getting these people onside should be a priority, in the end Nintendo needs them more than they need Nintendo.

But this guy in particular Nintendo can afford to ignore, because as far as we know he's never shown any inclination towards releasing a game on any past Nintendo platform, and he's pretty much 2nd party for MS at this point in time. Indies, who are actually independant of any platform, that have released games on Nintendo platforms in the past will hopefully be getting somewhat better treatment. If not, then that might be a time to worry about the depth of 3rd party engagement.

Nintendo can't afford to ignore anyone that is showing an interest in investing in Nintendo's success. Least of all someone that is currently only on another platform as these are exactly the people they need to win over. convincing people that alredy develop for nintendo to keep developing is the minor part of the battle, convincing those that have previously ignored or abandoned them is where they need to win favour.
