The guy seems to be a bit mixed up.

Seems like a case of an inflated ego and feeling of entitlement.  All his whining does is justify Nintendo's decision not to contact him since they only want to give dev kits (and even spec details) to people they know they can trust.

This is the sort of attitude that has helped lead to nintendo's dire 3rd party support. Like it or not these are the people that help make or break a console and the sense of entitlement and inflated ego's come with the fact they are risking large bundles of money resources and time and hence expect some respect for that. I have been on the receiving end of those sort of self entitled requests but the way to treat them is grit your teeth give them what you can or tell them when they can have what they want or why not, getting these people onside should be a priority, in the end Nintendo needs them more than they need Nintendo.
