Clear sign that support for Wii U is coming to end was last E3.

Lack of third party for the primary console was all that E3 really showed us. The exclusives were strong but straggling in number just like the year before. Reading reports that devs had their hands on NX tech late last year was the sign that with 2016 the ship will have sailed. All Nintendo had to do was just say it. Hearing a Nintendo official say they wont turn their back on the Wii U was the last nail in the coffin that confirmed the rumors. We knew from that point that it was only common sense why Zelda U got pushed back. They were optimizing the game for the next console. Growing up being fans of the gaming industry things dont become so hard to see. All we need are the steps that lead to the great change.

E3 showed us that Nintendo dont have new big projects in development for Wii U and that they are focused on NX.
