Yes, that's what I am refering to. Removing content is censorship. Getting a different age rating is a change made to sell to a different audience.

Mind you, I have no problem with this content being removed. It was the correct decision. But the people who are up in arms in this thread would condemn Rockstar for censorship as any form of censorship is bad and more content is always better.

Is it censorship if it was already locked out though? It was stuff that was never meant to be accessible in the final release. Pretty much the same as those hidden temples on wind waker that were unlocked via the action replay.

 

This example is content being removed that was available in the original full release of the game in another territory.
