But isn't it a strange warrant? Demanding a special version of the OS instead of helping to get the information in any way possible? they are asking for asking for a special version of the OS which will of course only be used "once" and not kept for other cases.. Nobody at the FBI will copy this ultra handy software.. No one will stop them for asking a special Windows 10 version..
